MANILA, Philippines — Classes have been canceled in some parts of the country on Monday, July 31, due to bad weather.

As of 7:30 a.m., classes were suspended in the following areas due to the aftermath of tropical cyclone Egay (international name: Doksuri) and the prevailing bad weather brought by the southwest monsoon and typhoon Falcon (international name: Khanun).

Dagupan City (classes in all levels, public and private)
